Bingo!
I hate Wal-Mart as much as the next reasonable person, but for all the right reasons. As such, I could've written this:
The problems I have with Wal-Mart have nothing to do with wages, health benefits, non-union workers, et al. If they end up losing me as a customer it’ll be due to the fact that a majority of their stores are unkempt and disorganized. Their aesthetic is severly lacking, and in my opinion, that is eventually going to deal a severe blow to their business. [ed. note: Wal-Mart lost me about 7 years ago for this reason.] It’s been poor for at least a decade now, and Target owes much of its success to their ability to drive home their advantage in this area. There are plenty of times [ed. note: every time!] I’m willing to pay a few cents more per item just so that I can browse around a clean, nicely-presented shopping experience.
That's an important business lesson, especially in the online age. Besides, all the cool kids know that Target rules.

Except for the times when, in a pinch, you need to find a store that's open late so you can buy a variety of adhesive products to glue someone's hair back on their head, WalMart sucks.
