Ugh, that must mean more Phillies blogging…
Through all of these discussions I always see people saying that circumcision will suddenly be voluntary and no one will be circumcised without consent but how is that possible when the law will not change?If the CDC recomends circumcision won’t more people be circumcised without consent?Or is that going to be a clause if they recommend it?
