Good God… I have a picture of me playing with him as a kitten, a much more lithe feline to say the least 🙂
We’ve got four cats and yes, some are fatties, but here’s what we do: we feed them individually. We don’t leave food out during the day. We feed them once in the morning and once in the evening. Each cat gets his or her own bowl with 1/4 cup of food and whatever they don’t eat after 15 minutes is taken away. It can be a hassle, but it helps us keep a better eye on their eating habits.
